Soak in water for 2-3 days, then place in colander and rinse 2-3 times a day and let them sprout 2-3 more days. You can eat them after about 48 hours in water, or anytime as they sprout. The more they sprout the easier they are to digest. Notice the little sprout ‘tails’. Those start after about 4 hours!
