Vegan potato salad

10-12 medium boiled potatoes, yukon gold is tastiest
5 celery sticks
1 tbsp mustard with mustard seed
6-7 dill pickles
3 tbsp grapeseed vegenaise
1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
or vinegar from the pickles
salt and pepper to taste
chopped sweet onion optional

Skin and chop potatoes, celery, pickles.
Mix vegenaise, mustard, lemon, lime juice or vinegar.
Add as dressing.
