Today I cannot for the life of me get these darn pictures in the right order in the ‘gallery’. It is driving me mad. cooking instructions follow:
Cook your soaked pardilla lentils for about 30 minutes in water in a deep pot. The water should cover the lentils by about 2 inches. Add vegetables, add salt, tumeric and curry to taste. Cook another 20-30 minutes with a medium heat. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and salad or other vegetables.
chop 5-6 stalks fresh celery
chop 2-3 carrots
chop 1 sweet onion
1 tbsp curry powder (I use Sunbird)
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp salt
