Humous veggie wraps

You can use any vegetables you like, (sweet peppers, mushrooms, radishes etc) paired with a nice humous, homemade or from the store, and use either wraps, tortillas, or lettuce leaves to make delish, simple, nutritious WRAP!!!

My humous recipes includes:
mashed garbanzo beans/chick peas (1 1lb bag)
sesame tahini about 1 cup
lemon juice from 3-4 lemons
salt,  garlic powder to taste
cumin powder, paprika to taste
water to blend for smoothness
and if you are lucky – a vitamix blender to make it smooth!
otherwise a hand masher works fine for a chunkier humous.
